After you check the pricelist, you can choose any services below to book your repair-

1. Drop It In : You can drop your phone to any of our 6 great locations – Sunshine Plaza, Kawana Shoppingworld, Sunshine Plaza (CM 250), Sunshine Plaza (K392), Noosa Civic shopping Center or Hinkler Shopping Center. We also offer walk in service.
2. Send It In :
   
   • Send in your phone for FREE*
   • We provide you with a quote before we commence any work, if not already quoted.
   • We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed.
   • You can pay with a credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our bank account.
   • Once payment is received we send your mobile phone straight back to you.
3. Pick Up & Return
   
   • By appointment a courier will collect your phone from your address* and bring it quickly to Phone Expert.
   • Once we receive your phone we provide you with a quote (if not already quoted).
   • We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed.
   • You can pay us by credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our bank account.
   • Once payment is received we courier your mobile phone straight back to you.

Most of the repairs are completed within 1 hour after the device is received. *Conditions apply.

We now offer a full 3 month warranty on all repairs, so you don’t need to stress.

We ensure we use only the highest quality parts available for your repair and offer a warranty on our parts.

Payment can made after your repair is completed via debit/credit card or cash.
