- Drop It In : You can drop your phone to any of our 6 great locations – Sunshine Plaza, Kawana Shoppingworld, Sunshine Plaza (CM 250), Sunshine Plaza (K392), Noosa Civic shopping Center or Hinkler Shopping Center. We also offer walk in service.

- Send in your phone for FREE*
- We provide you with a quote before we commence any work, if not already quoted.
- We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed.
- You can pay with a credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our bank account.
- Once payment is received we send your mobile phone straight back to you.
- Pick Up & Return
- By appointment a courier will collect your phone from your address* and bring it quickly to Phone Expert.
- Once we receive your phone we provide you with a quote (if not already quoted).
- We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed.
- You can pay us by credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our bank account.
- Once payment is received we courier your mobile phone straight back to you.
